This is the first Blu Ray edition of Black Rock Shooter. It is the 50 minutes OVA. Most of people ordered this because they want the nendoroid petites, I think, and the Blu-Ray becomes a collection. Actually, you can watch the 50 minutes OVA in YouTube. lol. You can buy this online or in the nearest anime store you know.
